cant ping DNS name on sslvpn
I have a tz570 and I have a problem when doing an sslvpn from home, I simply can't do remote access directly through DNS. In my case I use the program called realvnc.
After connecting via netexended, I need to open CMD, PING the target computer with DNS, then I will have the IPVA address, and only then can I connect to the target computer, but typing the IPV4 address.
I had another fiber optic link, and we changed internet companies, after this link change, we were never able to do remote access via DNS again.
This is taking time and making remote access difficult.
I found this manual below, but on my tz570 this setting is already active

Are you using mobile connect or Net extender client?
im using onlin net extender client on PC, but other people with my team, are using mobile conector on android smartphone.

Thanks for the info and screenshots. - I believe you have removed the domain information from the pic - but to confirm - is the domain in the DNS search list inputted?
