Allow access to NSM for contractor

Hi

I have added a user in MySonicWall for a 3rd party contractor so they can gain access to one of our TZ firewalls. According to the SonicWall KB I should then be able to allow them access to NSM but I can't see them listed as a user.

Has anyone come across this issue before and know how to get it resolved?

    If you invited the contractor to access NSM, they would need to login to mysonicwall to finish the creation of their account if it is new. If that has not been done, it may not be usable and showing as listed. If they have logged in and their account is active, this may require opening a ticket with support for investigation as to why the user is not showing up. a link to the KB article you were following can be helpful as well.
