Test firewall port block/access

I have a TZ 300 at my home office. Recently I was testing about some ports availability. My ISP says they are not blocked, but I can't access them from outside. I couldn't find any log on that at my firewall. There is no router in the middle. How should I test to see this?

@fre you should make your self familar with the Packet Monitor. If you limit the monitor to your endpoints IP address and look only for dropped packets you'll see real quick if they get blocked by the firewall or not.
