I am currently having issues with multiple CC installations. After successfully installing CC 3.7.8, The installer would proceed to download and attempt to install S1 but would fail in the end.

More context here would be that these installations are not fresh installations. They're an attempt by me to update clients with older version of CC and S1, mostly CC version 3.7.4 and S1 version 22.1.4.10010 (Usually disconnected from CC management so I have to carry out a manual installation upgrade).

Steps I have carried out to fix this issues include:

  1. Uninstalling CC and Re-installing it.
  2. Uninstalling CC and using SentinelCleaner to remove S1 residues before Re-installing CC.
  3. Other mixture of removing S1 / CC and re-installing it. (Some S1 installers are broken, missing uninstall.exe

There are also times some of those client PCs would appear in CC management under Unmanaged S1 Agents as well.

In the end all logs point to the same thing which is:
