The vpn tunnel is up, we can ping from the diagnostic tool on the appliance. We cannot ping from a computer on the main network to a computer on the remote network.
Hi @davegarn99, I would first check the firewall access rules to confirm ping is allowed. Next, I would confirm that the computer's firewall settings allow for connections (such as ping). If it still doesn't work I would take a packet capture on either (or both) firewalls to see what those ICMP packets are up to.
Pcap says no response found. Although I can ping through to the other side when logged in as admin from the diagnostic tool.
the problem has to be in the firewall area.
