automate signing in to network

I am a remote worker that uses Sonicwall Netextender for accessing our server.

I must manually enter my credentials to gain access to our server.

1) is there a way I can create a macro or short-cut that can make this process easier and quicker?

2) Is there a way I can add to my Windows Explorer this server so I can access the 3 folders on it that I frequently use?

I am not the manager or admin for this so I'm sure I'll need to go through our IT people to do this?

@Sprinklerman you might create a batch file for that using the CLI. Place it somewhere safe on your system. Please note that your password will be in cleartext in there.
