GVC Failing to install - the installer was interrupted before global vpn client could be installed

I am trying to install GVC ver. 4.10.8.1108 on a WIndows 11 Home PC and keep getting the error "the installer was interrupted before global vpn client could be installed". I have disabled the AV on the PC and it still wont install.

I have installed this on many other clients (Windows 10 & 11) with AV running and never had this issue. Anyone have an idea what this might be?

    disable the windows firewall and try as well as check Microsoft KB5009543 update patch, If its install uninstall the KB5009543 update and try.
