TZ350 resets every 15-20 minutes
Every few minutes, all workstations at a remote location actively engaged in communicating with a remote terminal server at main location, will get a dialog box stating that the connection has been lost and attempts were being made to reconnect. After about 4-5 minutes, the connection is reestablished and everything goes back to normal. Until the next time.
I connected a workstation directly to the Comcast router and pinged Google.com continuously. While the workstations lost their connections, the ping worked fine, so it's not the internet connection.
I logged onto the TZ350, browsing the settings that might be causing the problem, when the webpage froze. I checked, and all the workstations lost their connections, so this is definitely an indication that the TZ350 is timing out for a time
Another remote location does not have this problem.
Anybody have any ideas how to fix this, or is the TZ350 FUBAR?
