SSLVPN doesn't pass the black logo

Hi

I am trying to give a SSLVPN access to a doctor computer so she can work from home. But the bookmark with the rdp5 protocol doesn't pass the sonicwall black logo and the computer doesn't login to the doctor's computer

this is all I get. What am I missing here. I am new to the SSLVPN but i have set the setting based on the sonicwall SSLVPN tutorial.
