SSLVPN Via Mobile Connect failing over new modem.
I have an executive who's home modem failed and was replaced with an identical modem from the ISP.
We very successfully use sonicwall mobile connect via intune.
During a tech session I can see that the Sonic will is refusing the connection.
I tested with netextender as well as the global VPN client. Both of those work slowly. But they eventually connect.
My question is what type of tool could I use to diagnose where the new modem is failing to allow the VPN to connect?
In working with the ISP of course I'm getting no success as they point all their fingers at the VPN.
All other users are working very successfully with the same setup.
Thoughts?

According to the support tables, Mobile Connect on Windows is EOL...
Ask them if they are allowing VPN pass-through, or get into the modem yourself and check.
@dyoderii
check the ISP modem configured with any Firewall rule.
Check the Modem is allowed to pass the VPN traffic / check the modem is open the IPSec protocol / service.
