TOTP Authentication does not work

Since we upgraded to the newer version, TOTP authentication is not working after one month. We rebuilt the virtual appliance and worked for a week and TOTP stopped working again.

I received a lot of alerts as follows and before the TOTP authentication failed but my all other TOTP authentication method is working including mysonicwall.com.
