Anybody advice me to get immediate TAC support since the toll-free no is not forwarding to the support even after 1 hour? I was holding the phone but no body id taking it. Any escalation email is available.
@Bijukumar that's a bummer, you should get in touch with your Partner Manager or Regional SE for that. If I remember correctly contact details are available in the Secure First Partner Portal.
Maybe @Community Manager can escalate as well.
