Sonicwave 432 Mounting Hardware

Does anyone know the correct screws to mount a Sonicwave 432 with the crossed slots? There is mention in the installation PDF of #6 x 1 1/2" screws but I have been unsuccessful location replacements. I have not had success searching for low profile phillips pan head and similar.
