ESA Secure Mail Service - Delivery Issues

Is there anyway to adjust the configuration of the outbound secure mail encryption service so that it does not always go to the recipients Junk mail? Also we've noticed that with Google email addresses they never get the notification email - neither in their inbox nor their Junk folder. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
