i have a problem with a SonicWall NSa 2700, After factory reset (with paper clip) i'm unable to reach the web ui either on X0 on 192.168.168.168 nor MGMT on 192.168.1.254.
Thanks for the answer, i'm under MacOS Monterey, and i always use Firefox, i cant ping any interface,
the key light is blinking (yellow), but i don't know how to use the cable console ( i have two cables : female serial - rj45 , and serial male - usb C ) how can i use them ?

@mimiz is the appliance reachable by ping? If not it might be a different story and you should consider connecting via serial console.
If ping goes through, try a different Browser, I'am having a hard time with Google Chrome (on macOS), Firefox acted always better.

@mimiz the appliance came with a cable, you just need an USB-to-Serial converter for that.

i'm a MacOS user, is there any solution for Me ?
There are plenty of terminal apps available for macOS, I'am using ZOC for ages but you could even use screen from the Command Line.
Minicom (via Homebrew?) might be another option for you.
But you need a supported USB-to-Serial Converter.
You might even give the SonicExpress App a shot, I never used it though.

thanks, i'll try, just a question: is it normal that after a moment, the SW reboot, and exit safe mode (key icon is not blinking).
