Maximizing Sonicwave 681 with tz670

Have a question before I spend money on this combo.
The sonicwave 681 has a 5gbps Ethernet port, whereas the 641 has a 2.5gbps Ethernet port..
The tz670 has 2 x 10gbps SFP+ ports.
Can I use a SFP+ transceiver for copper and run a cat8 csble to the sonicwave 681 and will it work at the 5G bps link speed of the sonicwave 681 for a wlan port?
I don't want to run a 1gbps as that would be a waste in my opinion.
Has anyone done this combo? Am I correct or mistaken?
