RADIUS or LDAP and MFA - Any helpful documents for this

I have a number of clients that want centralized management of login credentials, which happens pretty naturally with Active Directory. I typically use LDAP or RADIUS for this. However, I would like to configure MFA with this also. I have configured MFA for many people with local accounts on the firewall, but not with the external authentication. These are generally small clients with 5 to 10 VPN users.

Am I going about this the hard way? Is there a document to help me configure these both?

    This a common setup. You can simply group all the 'external' SSLVPN users under one 'internal' group and require MFA on the group.
