McAfee Anti-Virus engine failed to re-initialize issue

Hi,

I am facing issue on Email Sequrity 5000 model. Recently,it is giveing some aleart call "McAfee Anti-Virus engine failed to re-initialize". We tried following knowledge base article.

But, still we can see same error on email security. Can anyone give some solution for this?
