Are firewall support engineers available on weekends?

Can a date/time be set up in advance for a phone support call? It would be on a Saturday or Sunday. Support for a TZ270 new installation. I am I/T with the end-user organization (the owner of the firewall). I am NOT an authorized reseller/installer.

@Jorabi yes we do have Support Engineer available during weekends (provided that you have a 24x7 subscription), especially for critical issues. However please note that our Technical Support offers only a "Break&Fix" type of support and cannot assist with full configuration/installation/deployment - for such activities we can provide a list of local partners who can assist you with the installation and deployment of our firewall.
Of course if something is broken or not working after properly configuring and installing the product, you can call our Support team (https://www.sonicwall.com/support/contact-support/) and we canassist you with the issue or if you just need guidance/documentation on how to achieve certain things, our engineers can also provide Knowledge Base articles for the same.

@Jorabi yes in such case, if it's a problem after setting it up and if you have an active 24x7 Support subscription for your device, then our technical support will be able to look into it.
