Enable Anti-Spam Service

Hello all,

We can't enable Anti-Spam Service on NSa 2650 (irmware Version:SonicOS Enhanced 6.5.4.11-97n), with error Address/Service Name Conflict (Address Object: SonicWALL Email Junk Store and Service: SonicWALL Anti-Spam Service).

Because it's about default service and address object we can't delete them.

We have tried through diag.html site in Anti-Spam part, but without success.

We have contacted SonicWall support but without success.

Any idea how to solve the problem and be able to enable Anti-Spam Service.
