How to Change the Language of TZ370

Rebooted a brand new TZ30 and now the GUI is in Chinese. Using Google translate, I found the menu to change to English. I select English and press Accept. I get an error message (translated): Incorrect user parameter. I pretty well stuck. I have filled a case with Sonicwall and are waiting for a response. This is now critical. Any suggestions?

    @SWBS I checked on an appliance and it's only available in english, was the appliance destined for your local market? There is a localized Firmware version availabe, but I would not assume to get them delivered to non chinese speaking areas.

    You might SSH into the appliance and do the following

    • configure
    • administation
    • language-override english
    • end

    Another option would be to access in Incognite mode to make sure it's not session related.

    Thanks. I did the above as well as wipe and reload firmware. I now have an English speaking Sonicwall.
