sonicwall office365 outlook keeps disconnecting

Outlook keeps getting disconnected and promoting that it is trying to contact the server every couple of hours.
Is there some issue with it on SonicWall nsa even after placing the domains and ips o the content filter profile? If there is an issue, would it start working, then keeps disconnecting?
