I created a SSLVPN user and then created a bookmark for them to access their office PC. Every time user tried they got this screen. Any idea how to fix it?. I am using Virtual Office in Chrome.
Is the user on the allowed RDP user list on this remote machine he tries to connect to?
Are you using the domain accounts to login to the PC? If so, be sure to enable "Use login domain for SSO"
If the user can install software on his home PC, I would use RDP natively and not via HTML5. Way less functions there.
