Problem between mailbox and Aruba

Recently switched from SonicWall on-premise antispam to hosted email security. I have been noticing issues communicating between our mailbox and Aruba hosted mailbox. Inbound and outbound emails are being rejected. I checked out DNS records with no issues. Any suggestions?

This seems like an issue with Aruba. Hosted Email Security is proxy only, it’s not a mail transfer agent. The error messages being received that both Inbound and outbound emails are being rejected at the sender level clarifies this.
