Questions about on-prem NSM

I am testing On-prem NSM.

How do I move my firewall on the map?


Is it possible to know the status information of the secondary firewall through NSM?


How can I add a firewall whose WAN is DHCP?

It is very different from GMS.

    For DHCP WAN interfaces use Zero touch.

    To check on the firewalls HA status, In the firewall inventory page, click on the firewall to select that firewall. Then click device>High Availability> Status ad it should take you to the HA page to check its status information.

    The NSM firewall inventory page will only show basic information that HA is enabled, the Serial numbers and which device is currently active.


    The map should auto place the firewall based on the IP address NSM receives from the firewall when it's on location.
