Report period time is not proper in analytics scheduled reports.

Scheduled report Mail/Archive:- where Report period showing like the below screenshot:-

but I want to set it in the below format:-

Report Period:-

February 1, 2023 00:00:00 to February 1, 2023 23:59:59

I need only a single-day report in one report file

Was this a daily scheduled report that ran on it's own? Did you try and Archive for this date range of Feb1 to Feb1? If so does it show the proper 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 range when doing that? You may also want to make sure you are on the latest Analytics release.
