Netextender does not connect from a specific ISP

We have the NSA2700 with the latest firmware. All users have "Global VPN CLient" & "Netextender" to connect to our NSA.

We are facing a problem with NSA2700 does not connect from a specific ISP. However the Global VPN client does. But the connection keeps dropping.

Users have Windows 10/11 pro

Latest version of Global VPN Client / Netextender.

this is very specific to this ISP.

What can be the issue?

    One of customer's users had this issue with SSLVPN and they had to ask their ISP to disable adult content filtering. The ISP seemed to assume "access to a VPN" = "bypassing content filtering".
