Sonicwall Net Extender randomly losing server information

Like the title says my users Net Extender on their laptops is just randomly losing it's configuration on their laptops? I have had to login remotely to several users machines to input the server information on their profiles? The Sonicwall is an NSA 2700 with latest firmware and the settings on the firewall are to autoupdate the clients as well as create client profiles? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Look at the laptops, its not likely caused by settings on the firewall.
