Error happens in tunnel negotiation
Today is Thursday, December 1st, and over the last couple of days I have had several users on NetExtender report that they are receiving the error "Error happens in tunnel negotation" and cannot connect.
NetExtender is version 10.2.331 and firewall is an NSA 2700 running firmware 7.0.1-5080.
Has there been a Windows 10 update that may have caused this to start happening? I have started pushing these users to SonicWall Mobile connect; some work, some don't.
I have seen one troubleshooting document for things to try but when it starts happening on multiple machines at the same time, there has to be a global remedy.
