I have a sonicwall tz600 which every 2 hours starts to slow down and connections are lost. When the firewall is restarted the service is restored, however, the same thing happens again after 2 hours

Suspecting NAT / port forwarding rules are misconfigured.
Are you running the latest firmware? If not: you need to upgrade firmware. If you are: open a ticket with support.
