There isn't a Poe setting anywhere in the cloud settings. Have 3 14-48fpoe switches. They show under my devices as 14-48 only. Not sure if this is the issue or not. They are definitely fpoe models.

    Hi @Phug910

    You need to confirm if the switches are PoE or Non-PoE models. Non-PoE models wouldn't show the options for PoE settings.

    Please check the model type from your mysonicwall account or you can check on the cloud portal ---> Network---> Devices.

    Ex. SWS14-48FPOE (PoE switch)

    SWS14-48 (Non-PoE switch)

    If it's a PoE model then you can toggle the PoE options under the Switch Config ---> Ports---> PoE
