TZ370w voip calls random audio issues

Hello Sonicwall pros,

I recently deployed a TZ370w in my office and the users are reporting poor audio quality.

When I test from mobile phone there isnt any issues. I also tested multiple calls at the same time and the quality was good.

How can I figure out when the call quality drops and can I log the event?

Secondly, the call status page under VoIP does not show any active calls even when the call is in progress.

    Provide more information about your setup. Read up on DSCP and Type of Service tagging for prioritizing traffic.
