Are you looking at SMA 100 or SMA 1000 (totally different systems)?
For SMA 1000 I think what you are looking for starts on page 595 in the Admin Guide:
For SMA 100 search for Azure in this Admin Guide. There is a section for configuring Azure AD as a SAML authentication SSO server.
