Hello everyone,

what is the best way to report bugs to Sonicwall?

I often find little anoying bugs in the Gen7 GUI here and there and don't know how to correctly report them.

    Hi @SimonT -- The best way to report this would be to create a ticket and submit the details around the Issue that that you have observed. Once the web case is created, You can also upload a copy of the Technical Support Report and Real Time Logs along with other files. If these are only GUI related then screenshots will also be helpful . You could either describe the problem or just point it on the screenshot.
