Unser have nsa-4650, user use phone is android OS and use line app can't transfer file.

Is that anyone who have face the same issue when use android OS and use line app can't transfer file?

In the same network environment, users use iPhone with IOS, they can use line app without any problem.

Anyone had faced the same situation here?

We didn't open DPI-SSL function, IPS function is disabled.
