Issue in accessing NSM from ipad

Hello, have you also experienced issue while accessing CSC and NSM using an ipad (or an android tablet). I believe that today any SaaS solution should works from any mobile device.
let me if anyone found a workaround ( I’ve already tested major browsers from iPad).

I tested in my android phone and it loaded NSM fine. I put URL cloud.sonicwall.com in Firefox browser, put my credentials and 2FA code. I was able to load NSM and browse my firewalls in the tenant.

as soon after I've logged in CSC, click on NSM tile all the browsers start to upload the proper page but then they all logged me out requestin credentials again and again. Maybe any issue related to cache? I've tried also in incognito mode...
