Repeated drops with Disney Circle device

I'm using SonicWall Mobile Connect to establish VPN for remote access. I'm getting repeated drops of the VPN every 1-2 minutes. This is on a home network that is running a Disney Circle device for content filtering at the primary router. When the Circle device is off/disabled, the VPN connection is stable. Any experience with this particular interaction? From the Circle's settings, I have added the server and domain to the "allowed" sites and have also confirmed that VPN's are allowed in the filter profile. No improvement. Only resolves if the device is completely disabled. Any ideas?
