Error in registeration Sonicwall Firewall TZ400

Hi Guys,

When I tried registering my Sonicwall TZ400 on mysonicwall.com, I received an error Select a trade-in unit. I also tried registering directly from the device, but it also did not work. What was the problem and how can I resolve it?

    You purchased a device using a Secure Upgrade option, meaning it is supposed to replace an existing Sonicwall device. The Secure Upgrade will transfer licenses from an existing device to the new one.

    You have to select an existing device to be able to register the new device. Or purchase a device without the Secure Upgrade option.
