NetExtender via Autopilot Enrollment Hybryd Domain joined

Hi

Want to install NetExtender with profile via new Intune Autoenrrollement Windows device remotly.

Devices cannot join Hybrid Domain in premise without first establishing a VPN connection

Router is a Tz 400

So it need to establish VPN connection OOBE setup

Any help is welcome
