i Have a customer who purchased 12 capture client licenses in the past, now the got another laptop and want capture client installed on the new laptop but my distributor is telling me i have to order a minimum qty of 5 licenses. how can this be true...

    I just looked at the SKU at Ingram Micro and it has "MOQ 5" in the description. I will interpret that as "minimum order quantity of 5." In fact, the pricing band is 5 to 24.

    Here's my suggestion: find out from your customer who the original vendor was, and what the original PO was. Then see if you can get that modified and incremented by one.

    Note: I do not use this product offering, so my answer may be completely wrong.
