Cannot ping my WAN or DMZ

Hello there, I have problem to ping my TZ100 Sonicwall. Even though I configure it with the following procedure : https://www.sonicwall.com/support/technical-documentation/docs/sonicos-7-0-0-0-rules_and_policies/Content/access-rules-config-examples-ping.htm/ . In addition, I also enabled the Ping from interface and tried to disable the IPS from zone. Is there any possible configuration that I miss?

My hardware physical connection is an ethernet cable from my laptop to SonicWall X1 (LAN) which has IP 192.168.168.168 and another ethernet cable from X2 (DMZ) to my webserver. I have installed the webserver in Raspberry Pi. When I want to check my WAN, I plugged the ethernet from LAN to WAN and try to ping from there.

Fyi, X1 is default WAN interface and you cannot make it as LAN.

Increase the priority of the ping service in Firewall Rules and try.
