SSLVPN portal - Access is Denied!
We upgraded NSA2650 to SonicOS Enhanced 220.127.116.11-53n and since then clients are getting the error message "Access is Denied! Please contact with your Administrator!" when trying to access the SSLVPN portal. At times the portal is working but then blocks again. Anyone having this issue before?

We are aware of this issue and it is already reported. You may contact SonicWall Support to get the Hotfix file to resolve this issue.
It is targeted to be fixed on the 18.104.22.168 which is a Beta release at this point. I would suggest using the Hotfix firmware until it's web posted.

This issue is fixed in new Firmware 22.214.171.124-79n as the Release notes attached below (GEN6-997)
Please upgrade the Firmware to the latest verison and update us if you have any queries.
As a safety measure please do take a backup of the Sonicwall and also export the settings before the upgrade.

This issue is back in the new 126.96.36.199-83n on our NSA 2650. After a reboot SSL VPN login works fine, but after 'a while' the user is denied access and redirected to the portal.
The SSL VPN user is redirected to this URL on X0: https://x.x.x.x/sslvpnLogin.html
There's even a little twist, as the language in the message is not the best English :
'Access is Denied! Please contact with your Administrator!'
Now go re-fix, thank you 😁
