MS Update KB5013889 Causing Issues With SSL VPN

I've had two cases this week of clients with SSL VPNs, configured with Windows VPN using MobileConnect, and both with Windows 11, where they couldn't browse to a server or remote desktop while on the VPN. After process of elimination, both were cured by removing windows update kb5013889. Anyone else seeing this issue?
