Can you have 2 AD groups that authenticate differently?

One AD group to authenticate via Radius server and a second AD group to authenticate via LDAP. We're hoping to do this for VPN auth. Group one uses Radius and SSLVPN with 2FA, the second group would use GVC authenticating through LDAP.
