How to handle NetExtender/SMAConnectAgent/NAC Agent updates

Hello,

how you guys handle updates of NetExtender/SMAConnectAgent/NAC Agent while clients are in home office?

As soon as we updateded our SMA firmware, it requires a new version of SMAConnectAgent/NAC Agent on the client computers. Updating those two applications requires administrative permissions. Our clients don't have admin permissions on the computer. That means they are unable to connect anymore.

Did I just miss something here? How can I handle this situation better?
