Configuring SSL VPN (tunnel all) to pfSense Site to Site VPN

We have a pfSense site to site VPN that works for machines connected to the office LAN (using DHCP to add required routes). Users connecting to the office LAN with NetExtender are not able to use the pfSense tunnel. The pfSense tunnel has a fixed IP address on the office LAN.

Suggestions welcome.
