SMA 500 - Virtual Appliance - Hyper-V

Hi all,

I'm testing out the virtual SMA appliance for a customer at the moment and have run into some issues with booting the device. It essentially appears to be in a boot-loop.

From the Download Center I've downloaded the latest 'Feature Release' (sw_sma_hyperv_eng_10.2.1.0_10.2.1_p_17sv_1268045.zip) and run through the getting started guide to configure the appliance as a Gen 1 - Hyper-V device.

Once the device is started it runs through the start-up sequence but continues to loop through. I've attached a screenshot.

Has anyone else seen this? Could anyone advise on what could be going wrong here please?
