SonicWall NSA E5600 not able to connect TACACS server

I unable to bring up TACACS. SonicWall can ping the TACACS server; just not seeing traffic for port 49. I have done a capture and see pings traffic but no TACACS traffic.

    could you check connection port 49 on the client via telnet command? If you can access on client to tacacs server port 49 you should check tacacs server firewall settings for NSA E5600 IP.
