VPN To Fortinet with Multiple Subnets

We are having an issue... TZ400
Main Sonicwall Subnet 10.0.0.x
Remote Fortinet Subnets 10.212.134.x and 100.100.2.x
We can not get communication on both subnets at the same time going to the remote side. It seems whatever subnet negotiates first is reachable, for some reason they can never be reachable at the same time. Any pointers or things to look for. When we specify the VPN to hit one remote subnet at a time it works with both individually, but not when they are grouped together.
