Global VPN - ipsec propsal does not match (phase 2) after 5 users are connected

Hello,

We have a older Sonicwall Firewall and are using the Global VPN client to connect. The server is licensed for 1500 Global VPN users. Im not sure when this issue began but today we tracked down the issue to when there are 5 users connected, the firewall starts reporting:

ipsec propsal does not match (phase 2)

If one of the 5 users connected, disconnects, anyone who was failing can now connect normally without issue. Ive gone through all of the settings I can find, and everything looks good. Ive tried changing the limited settings available in Phase 2, to no resolution.

Anyone have any idea?

    I was able to resolve this by simply rebooting the friewall.
